SHENZHEN MINDRAY BIO-MEDICAL ELECTRONICS CO.LTD ("us", "we" or "our") is committed to protect and respect your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us ("data") in connection with the Site at https://aedalert.mindray.com ("Site"). Please read this Privacy Statement carefully to understand our treatment and use of data.
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
By using the Site and/or AED Alert™ 2.0 Remote Management service and by disclosing your data to us, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use and disclosure of your data by us as described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with or are not comfortable with any aspect of this Privacy Statement, your only remedy is to discontinue using our Site and the AED Alert™ 2.0 Remote Management service. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may collect and process the following data about you:
1. Your personal information and email address provided to create your AED Alert™ 2.0 account, and/or the time, date and details of your visit to our Site: (1)in order to provide Alert™ 2.0 Remote Management service; (2)send email notification of AED status. As a general rule, we will not disclose your personal information to any third parties.
2. Device location address and other device data: (1)to help track the location of the device; (2) for analysis to improve device positioning accuracy; or (3) to provide local AED locations to local emergency medical services, medical supervisors or AED registries. If your device has wireless networking technology, device information can also be used to identify its location through Google Location Services. These location providers will apply their own terms and policies. We will retain the above collected data while you are using the location service and, where applicable, retain the above data for a reasonable period of time after you deactivate the location service.
3. Key rescue operation data on AED: including time of power on/off, rescue time, CPR duration time, shocks, and AED status data. This key rescue data can be online viewed to help further patient treatment.
4. Information that you may provide by filling in forms on our Site, which may from time to time include requesting information from us or submitting comments if you contact us we may keep a copy of that correspondence, if you meet with us we may keep information about this meeting and its contents.
PASSWORD PRIVACY PROTECTION
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) an account and password of AED Alert™ 2.0 which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential and secure. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Please correct and remember this password in time or at a time to ensure the privacy of the account and password.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We consider your data to be private and confidential. We may sometimes disclose your data to agents or service providers appointed by us, to regulatory bodies, or to others who work for us in connection with the provision of products and/or services to you. We may access and/or disclose your data if required to do so by law or in good faith and belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform with the law or comply with legal process served on us; (b) protect and defend our rights or property including, without limitation the security and integrity of our network and systems; (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of customers, users of our services or members of the public.
