After you become a registered organization user, Mindray AED-Alert system will feed information of your authorized AED device to your organization,including device location,status,bound administrator,and first aider, but the above information will not be used for commercial purposes.
The ownership, management, and use rights of AED devices belong to the device owner. The AED-Alert system is only a platform for summarizing device information, and the feeded information cannot be used as a basis for clinical use.
To the extent permitted by law, Mindray declares that it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, subordinate, special, punitive or disciplinary damages arising from the use of the information provided by this system by organizational users or any person.
